The first solar power plant in Russia with a Sun tracking system appeared in the Chechen region of Achkhoy-Martan, the press service of the Hevel group of companies reports.
The 9.2 MW installation will increase electricity production by approximately 20-25% compared to the traditional static method of module arrangement.
More than one billion rubles were invested in the construction of a power plant in Chechnya. It is located near the village of Samashki on an area of about 18 hectares. This is the second solar station in the republic. The first was the SPP Naur with a capacity of 5 MW.
