Legendary KVN host Alexander Maslyakov, who died on Sunday at the age of 83, suffered from inoperable lung cancer, Honored Artist of the RSFSR Stanislav Sadalsky wrote on the social network.
“RIP – Alexander Vasilyevich… In recent years I have been fighting an inoperable tumor in my lungs,” – said the actor.
Sadalsky also called Maslyakov the face of Soviet and Russian entertainment television.
