Socialist leader Pilar Sánchez Acera ceases her duties as administrator of the public company Tourist paradoresjust two days before it was revealed that he had leaked to the then PSOE secretary general in Madrid, Juan Lobatoan email sent by the lawyer of Isabel Díaz Ayuso’s boyfriend to the prosecution.
His dismissal as administrator of Paradores was published on Friday in the Official Journal of the Commercial Registry (BORG), although it responds to an agreement of the board of directors of the public company adopted on November 22.
Two days later, the newspaper ABC published that Juan Lobato went to a notary to drop off the WhatsApp messages that Sánchez Acera sent him on March 14, in which he provided a copy of Ayuso’s boyfriend’s email and urged him to present it at the plenary session of the Madrid Assembly held the same day.
Lobato appeared this Friday before the Supreme Court (in the case of the investigation of the State Attorney General, Álvaro García Ortiz, for the alleged leak of confidential data of Ayuso’s boyfriend), he handed over to the judges the notarial deed that he drew up in October with the WhatsApp messages and allowed the Civil Guard to empty his cell phone.
The Madrid Bar Association, which represents the prosecution in this case, has already asked the judge to call Sánchez Acera, who worked at Moncloa at the time of the illegal escape, as chief of staff of Óscar López, to testify as accused. in turn, he led the cabinet of President Pedro Sánchez.
Lobato’s statement before the judge not only brings the accusation closer to Sánchez Acera, but also tightens the circle around Álvaro García Ortiz, as evidence accumulates that he may have disclosed confidential information about Ayuso’s boyfriend, as part of a political operation aimed at destabilizing the president of Madrid.
