In Moscow, the CEO of Sandora LLC Dmitry Komlev has been detained on charges of large-scale fraud, the press service of the Meshchansky Court of Moscow reported.
“A preventive measure was chosen for Komlev in the form of detention until September 30, 2024. He is accused of committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud on a large scale),” – the message said.
The penalty under this article includes imprisonment for up to 10 years and a fine of up to one million rubles.
