Scandal in the Republican Party: a candidate for governor called himself a “black Nazi”

The US political scene is in turmoil following a CNN exposé that revealed dozens of disturbing comments by Republican gubernatorial candidate Mark Robinson of North Carolina.

Robinson, an ultraconservative candidate backed by former President Donald Trump, was already known for his controversial comments and questionable behavior before the revelations. Now even members of his own party appear to be distancing themselves from him.

Robinson was active on the pornography site Nude Africa about a decade ago, according to new reports from CNN. He participated in numerous discussions on the site’s forums. Among other things, Robinson called himself a “black Nazi” and spoke out in favor of restoring slavery. His comments were linked to his email address and username, which he used on other platforms.

Robinson also wrote that he enjoys watching pornography featuring transgender women, despite having made extremely anti-trans statements during his campaign. He went on to call himself a “pervert.”

Robinson has denied any connection to the comments but has not offered further explanation, although CNN detailed the connection between his accounts and the comments.

Robinson is running for governor in a key state and the revelations could significantly boost Democratic support for his opponent, Jewish lawyer Josh Stein.

The Republican Party fears Robinson’s comments could discourage party members from voting on Election Day, which could also hurt Donald Trump’s chances in the presidential race.

Cursor previously wrote that Trump said October 7 would never have happened if he were president.
