In the centre of Tutaev, Yaroslavl region, a group of security forces made an arrest; witnesses heard screams and gunshots. This is reported on Telegram channels.
The incident occurred in one of the residential areas near the central park.
“Security forces stopped several cars on the road, after which they forced the drivers and passengers to lie face down on the ground. Several people tried to flee the scene, but were caught and also captured. Local residents said that several shots were heard.” — writes TK Shot.
According to eyewitnesses, 16 people were arrested. Ambulance medics are on the scene.
The reasons for the arrest of the unknown persons are being clarified.
