According to the information, Semih Çelik’s father, A. Çelik, spoke about this in his statement to the police.
“I know the girls. The day before they were killed, I came home tired after work. Semih asked me, ‘Dad, how can I kill you?’ He repeated it many times. He was in trouble, but no one could help.” said the father.
It should be noted that Semih Çelik was found to have used 5 sets of knives in both crimes. It was known that Çelik, who worked as a butcher for some time, brought the set of knives he bought before the murder to the walls of Edirnekapı.
It should be noted that 19-year-old Semih Çelik slit the throat of Ayşenur Halil in his home in Eyüpsultan. Iqbal Uzuneri killed Edirnekap at the castle walls. After dismembering him and cutting off his head, he committed suicide by jumping from the castle.
