The operation took place in the early hours of this Tuesday, when different units of the Civil Guard involved in the fight against drug trafficking in the Guadalquivir were deployed due to the certainty that a hideout in the region.
The intensification of surveillance by SIVE means (fixed and mobile radars) made it possible to detect a boat who was sailing north. Due to its characteristics and the “experience of the agents”, the introduction of illicit goods upstream was predicted.
Tracking the boat made it possible to locate the cache point where four all-terrain vehicles and a group of individuals ready to unload were waiting.

They also intervened three handguns, one assault rifle and four loaded all-terrain vehicles, plus a fifth located inside the property, as well as numerous evidence and documents relating to the facts investigated.
The detainees, drugs and everything seized were transferred to the headquarters of the Civil Guard in Cádiz for the preparation of the appropriate procedures. The operation is still in progress and new arrests are not excluded.
