Infoca has reinforced the system to stop the fire that broke out this Monday in the area of Barranco del Fresno, in the Cerro del Andévalo (Huelva)with a deployment that already reaches seven planes and four helicopters, in addition to five groups of forest firefighters, among other troops.
In total and according to this service, they work in the air against fire seven planes (four land cargo ships, two light amphibious ships and one coordination ship) and four helicopters (two lightweights, one semi-heavyweight and one super puma).
Meanwhile, on land, they are currently being used five groups of forest firefighterstwo fire brigades (Brica), four operations technicians and an environmental agent, as well as four trucks, including three fire engines and a delivery truck.
The system is completed by a mobile meteorological and transmission unit (UMMT), an advanced fire analysis and monitoring unit (Unasif)a forest fire medical unit (UMIF) and a bulldozer.
Previously, the deployment of resources against this fire, declared at 4:40 p.m.consisted of two helicopters, one light and the other semi-heavy; two ground cargo planes; four trucks, including three fire engines and a delivery truck; five groups of forest firefighters, two operations technicians and an environmental agent.
