The Prime Minister, Michel Barnier, went on Monday afternoon to the Bois d’Aulne school, in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine (Yvelines), where Samuel Paty teaches.
“At noon on Tuesday, 78 incidents were reported in the academies as part of the tributes to Samuel Paty and Dominique Bernard”the ministry announced, specifying that “last year, at the same time”I had counted 230.
More than 600 sanctions in 2023

The 18-year-old young man, a radicalized Muslim, accused him of having shown caricatures of Muhammad in class. The emotion aroused by this attack was revived with the murder, on October 13, 2023, of Dominique Bernard, 57, stabbed to death by Mohammed Mogouchkov, a former student registered for Islamist radicalization, in front of his establishment in Arras.
