Sewage filled the basement of the building at 10 Ashıg Ali Street, Bakikhanov Settlement, Sabunchu District.
Neighbors said it is impossible to approach the building due to the strong smell. They are worried that the building they live in will deteriorate.
Furthermore, since the iron door of the building’s basement was stolen, some neighbors throw waste there.
