Shocking images of the National Library flooded by heavy rain

The heavy rains that hit the city of Madrid this week caused leaks and infiltrations inside the National Librarylocated on the central promenade of Recoletos. It’s not the first time that the National Library of Spain is flooded, just a few months ago the rains that fell in Madrid caused water leaks that affected the general room.
