A shocking incident occurred in the Russian city of St. Petersburg, resulting in the death of a 51-year-old man.

It is reported that a conflict between two residents occurred near one of the local kindergartens. A man from St. Petersburg criticized a passerby for his behavior and showed him the middle finger. Angry in response, the stranger bit the man’s finger. This seemingly insignificant bite at first glance led to tragedy.
Over time, the finger began to swell violently and the victim’s health worsened.
The man sought medical help only after about two weeks, when the situation became critical. Doctors diagnosed him with acute inflammation in his right hand due to a necrotic infection.
An emergency operation was ordered for him, but the man died during surgery.
Law enforcement is currently investigating the details of the incident.
