The third section of the Provincial Court of Córdoba sentenced six of the eight accused by the prosecutor of a crime of cocaine trafficking and cannabis in small quantities that they distributed with vehicles and motorcycles in a system called “Telecoca” in the industrial zone of Las Quemadas, in the capital of Córdoba.
In a judgment of conformity, after six of the accused admitted the facts – the other two were acquitted – the Court condemned the latter. six accused to sentences ranging from three years and three months in prison for five of them and only two for the sixth of the accused.

Thus, that day, the accused BRH, driving a motorcycle, went near a bar in Quemadas Polygon where he contacted the accused DO who was in a car delivering the said substance for sale. Substance which was then seized from them along with 110 euros.
The defendants BRH and his associate S., who collaborated with this defendant by taking care of the callshad several distributors who collaborated with them for the sale of these substances in Córdoba and Cañete de las Torres (some of them have not been identified).
Different telephone lines and direct sales to consumers
To contact their distributors and customers, the defendants BRH and S. used different telephone lines. Among the trusted distributors are the defendants PP and his associate Y. to whom BRH delivered the said substances so that both could sell directly to consumers.
For delivery to distributors and customers, defendant BRH had several points (which it had previously agreed with distributors and customers) where it left the substance soldcocaine, marijuana and hashish and the distributors and customers left him the money to buy these substances.
In these places, BRH deposited the substances, according to the quantities that P. and Y. needed and later, after having collected the goods, BRH himself went to the restock merchandise and recover the money from the substance already sold.
The accused Y. and P. were engaged in the distribution of this substance, mainly in Cane of the Torres and both went to Cordoba, where they made an appointment with the accused B. and either Y., on board the Audi A6, or P. proceeded to collect the substance at the pick-up points. collection previously established with B.
