In addition, there was a malfunction at the MADA (101) and Fire Department (102) emergency telephones. There were also problems in several hospital systems. The electric company reported that due to a global computer system failure affecting its own systems, the hotline number (103) is temporarily unavailable.

In Ukraine, the work of telecom operators and banks was disrupted. It took several days to eliminate the consequences of the failure worldwide.
