Human Rights Commissioner Dmitry Lubinets spoke about the brutal incident that occurred in the occupied territory of Ukraine.

According to him, the Russian military shot, presumably, a wounded and unarmed soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Lubinets noted that the video of this incident is spreading on the Internet, which shows how far the cruelty and cynicism of the Russian occupiers can go.
In response to this incident, Lubinets sent letters to the International Committee of the Red Cross and the United Nations.
He stressed that what happened was a clear violation of international humanitarian law, the Geneva Conventions, as well as the rules and customs of war.

According to the Ukrainian Telegram channel Supernova+, the Russian army shot a Ukrainian soldier who, despite being injured, was not in critical condition.
The channel’s author claims that two tourniquets were placed on the soldier’s leg, indicating that the wound was serious, but not fatal.
Furthermore, the soldier tossed his grenade aside, showing confidence that he would live.
The author also reports that in the video you can hear the screams of the shooter’s companions who tried to stop him with the words: “don’t shoot.”
Now, as the author noted, it remains to know the exact date and place of the execution, as well as to establish the identity of those who participated in the execution.
