Twenty-one Michelin-starred chefs from Castile and León have joined the solidarity initiative “From Valencia to Valencia” and will organize a charity dinner on December 13 at Finca Valdemora de La Bañeza with the aim of raising funds for people affected by DANA in the country. province of Valencia.
This initiative has the support of the Empresa Familiar de Castilla y León (EFCL), whose director, Eduardo Estévez, today expressed the gratitude of the association for being able to support this event and encouraged businesses family to “give everything to help Valencia” attend the solidarity dinner or collaborate with MESA 0.
The director of the EFCL participated this morning in the presentation of the solidarity dinner with the chefs Sara Ferreres, from Taller Arzuaga, Cristóbal Muñoz, from Ambivium, and Juan José Pérez, from Cocinandos, who are among the 21 chefs of Castilla y León who participated in this solidarity dinner, in which Óscar García Marina, from Baluarte, also participates; Carlos Casillas, from Barro; Alberto Molinero, from Erre de Roca ;; Alejandro Serrano, by Alejandro Serrano; Alvar Hinojal, of Alchemy; Miguel Cobo, of Cobo Evolución; Pedro Mario Pérez and Óscar Manuel Pérez, from El Ermitaño; Rocío Parra, from En la Parra; Miguel Angel de la Cruz, from La Botica; Elena Lucas, from La Lobita; Luis Alberto Lera, of Lera; Samuel Naveira, from Muna; Juanjo Losada, de Pablo; Marc Segarra, from the Refectory; Víctor Martín, from Trigo, and Víctor Gutiérrez, from Víctor Gutiérrez.
At the forefront of this solidarity initiative are Valencian chefs: Ricard Camarena, Quique Dacosta and Begoña Rodrigoin collaboration with the Valencian Association of Entrepreneurs (AVE), and supported by dozens of chefs who will also participate in this action from Spain and various parts of the world.
Dinner to organize next December 13 at Finca Valdemora in La Bañeza It will be one of dozens that will be carried out simultaneously around the world, with a single objective: to obtain funds to recover part of the economic fabric of the area devastated by DANA and to try to maintain employment.
After a previous cocktail, the dinner will take place, consisting of a menu prepared by the twenty-one chefs who joined the initiative. In addition to large raffles, the event will offer, thanks to the collaboration of Sonorama and Planeta Sonoro, live performances by prominent groups on the national scene such as Celtas Cortos, Complices, DJ Filo, Gara Durán, La Última legión or Marilia. Presented by Miguel Martín, participants will also be able to enjoy the magic show by Xulio Merino.
The price per person for this charity dinner is 500 euros and 100% of profits will be entirely allocated to those affected by DANA.
