It is noted that a new control measure regarding migrants will be implemented in the city.
Due to the presence of a QR code on the passport, it will not be possible to forge it; All information will be stored on the servers of the Ministry of the Interior.
The innovation will allow the police to speed up the identification of a foreigner, as well as check mandatory procedures such as their fingerprint. The document will also help in the search for migrants who have committed crimes. The permit will be issued to all foreigners over 14 years of age at the Multifunctional Migration Center.
It should be noted that from December 1, biometric control will be applied to all foreigners, except Belarusian citizens, at Moscow airports. Depending on the results of the experiment, changes will be made to the legislation.
