Chief Inspector of the Ganja Regional Group of the Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs addresses the issue Eshkin Gasimov Oku.Az-In response to the investigation, he said that on September 5, at around 10:00 p.m., the Gazakh District Police Department received information about Elchin Burhanli, a resident of Masalli district, who had received several bodily injuries with a cutting tool.
Investigations revealed suspicions that Karim Mansurov, a resident of Gazakh district, previously convicted, had caused several bodily injuries to E. Burhanli with a knife as a result of a dispute between them.
K. Mansurov was detained and handed over for investigation. Investigations are ongoing.
