He Tudela Town Hall has taken an important step towards improving the city’s sports facilities. In the local government council meeting celebrated on November 8it was agreed to open the contractual file for the drafting of the execution project and the works management of a new municipal swimming pool complex. The maximum amount of the offer is 186,340 eurosof which 99,220 euros correspond to the drafting of the project and 87,120 euros faculty leadership and health and safety coordination.
The tender process will have a period of 30 calendar days for the presentation of proposals, and once awarded, a 180 day deadline natural resources for drafting the project after formalization of the contract.
This new aquatic complex, which will be built in municipal parcel 512 of polygon 4 near the Avenue of Orange Treeswill occupy an approximate area of 25,000 square meters and will have the capacity to 1,300 people. The estimated budget for the work is approximately 3.5 million euros.
