The State Tax Service once again draws the attention of business entities that for the non-installation of POS terminals in facilities where the installation of POS terminals is mandatory and the refusal to accept non-cash payments in facilities where they are installed POS terminals, if such Cases that occur for the first time during the calendar year, 1,000 manats are applied, 2 financial penalties of 3,000 manats for the first time and 6,000 manats for three or more times.
Acceptance of non-cash payments should be carried out only through the POS terminal and in this case, citizens must be presented with the receipt from the POS terminal, as well as the receipt from the control cash register.
It should be remembered that yesterday (November 15) economic sanctions were applied to 170 more businessmen who work with the “card to card” method.
