The State Service for Real Estate Affairs of the Ministry of Economy will auction the building of the state company in Baku.
Oku.Az informs that the State Service has published information in this regard.
It was reported that the auction will take place on January 7, 2025.
According to the information, the object to be auctioned is the building of the limited liability company “Baku Concrete Constructions” under the State Service for Real Estate Affairs of the Ministry of Economy of the Czech Republic, a public legal entity “Center for Organization and Coordination of the business management”.
The total initial sale price of said property is 6,150,000 manats, and the price of 10% is 615,000 manats.
The auction will be carried out by the relevant auction commission in Baku.
