In the past, Deputy Police Chief Komjen Ahmad Dofiri said the traffic flow on Trans Java Toll Road experienced a density on Thursday (3/27/2025) yesterday. This happened because he said many travelers were waiting for a way that imposed engineering.
“So we hope the travelers should not wait when a way is done, yesterday it happened because of what. One of the density was because they were waiting for a way,” Dofiri said at the Cikatama Toll Gate, Friday (3/28/2025).
Currently, a way he said was applied from the KM 70 Cikatama Toll Gate to the KM 414 Toll Gate.
He hopes that this policy may resolve the density of travelers that occurred at the peak of homecoming flow that has taken place today.
“God is ready, later, even if ODD is implemented, contraflow is carried out, one way has been done too. Such schemes will hopefully be smooth at this time,” he said.
On the other hand, former Irubo Polri explained that there are currently 1.2 million travelers who have moved into their hometown. It is predicted, this year there are about 2.1 million travelers.
On that occasion, Dofiri also conducted air monitoring using a helicopter to see the traffic flow amount that led to KM 70.
