The citizen claims that the other day, just after 10 pm, two people were caught by a dog in the yard.
“One was a 25-year-old boy, the other we could not determine the age because it was dark. But after we threw the one we caught from the balcony, the boy was able to save his life from the dog. They walk around the yard with a flock, neither an old man nor a child is allowed to enter the yard. “We are going in and out of fear. There is no way around it,” the complainant wrote.

“So far, a large number of stray animals have been accommodated at the Yuva shelter, vaccinated, sterilized and returned to the city.
The Yuva shelter for stray animals operates on a public basis. Only 50 stray animals can be accommodated here at a time. There is currently no free space in the shelter, so it is not possible to accommodate additional animals here.
The issue of stray animals remains under the attention of the executive authority of the city of Ganja and discussions are ongoing to resolve the problem,” the report said.
