He did this before participating in the conference “History of transhumance in Segovia”, which will give way to the celebration of the XI Congress of Veterinarians of Castilla y León in Segovia, which will take place this Friday, November 8 to 10, and which will bring together more than 350 veterinarians.
During the meeting, the Minister of the Environment thanked the work of veterinarians, both in private companies and in public administration, in terms of food health protection, prevention of zoonoses, control of exports that enter and leave of the national territory.
In this sense, he assured that they have “particular importance in the care of our wildlife”, specifically, in the recovery of wild animals and endangered fauna, because, he insisted, “posts of veterinarians are inserted in many areas of the ministry. , reports Ical.
