W. Does he actually adopt a law on folding a supply chain? It is unlikely that anyone asked this question recently. Tiktok speaks nothing more than about suppliers, premises for warehouse premises and suppliers of services of a very special estate: “Chocolate Crow”.

As always, it all started on the Internet with drama. Crime scene: baking counter of any lidla. Victim: Client. Stolen goods: chocolate croissant. In early June, the user was upset in a supermarket about missing chocolate croissants in the morning. “The early bird eats a worm, its greedy, eaten chocolate inhaler of chocolate …”, was higher than the absorption of sprouting, the rest of the empty floor. Why was it viral? Perhaps because it was a lot of insults, maybe because it was the connected remark “Inhalers School Crossing …”. Included?

Or in Germany there really is not enough chocolate croissant in the morning? Many people responded to their condolences, but some returned with their own Tikok, because there were “chocolate crosses” in Lidla in the morning or not, according to, many people are responsible.

“The early bird is baking the songs of the chocolate cross,” the Lidl employee answered and shot the oven. “An early bird is building stoves for your chocolate croissants,” is another. And until then, everything made sense, but those who cope with the supply chains know how much they can become confusing. Anyone who wanted to be part of the baking at the end of the baking was more also absurd: “We are building deep stormy devices, so your shit has a foundation,” “An early bird produces glass for windows ..”

At the other end of the supply chain

The old federal government wanted to oblige sellers of chocolate croissants and all other companies from a certain size in order to be able to prove with whom they work for their products and whether certain environmental beaches and human rights are respected. This was an attempt to hold the company accountable for making their business a model on the other end of the supply chain. The current law was actually valid for companies with at least 1000 employees since January 2024.

But not everything was “made in Germany”, the EU thought and, finally, wanted to ensure compliance with his own European law on the supply chain. But now it takes time when the law should not enter into force to the middle of -2028, and as long as German is also exposed, because nothing works without neighbors.

At the international level, “Schoko Crosong” is now also: “The early bird checks the vegetation index through Ganu, so that cocoa -beans are growing and you can inhale your chocolate croissant HS in 3 seconds.” With a clear conscience? This remains unclear. Because the EU continues to reject its rules. Now companies should be liable only for their direct, that is, less suppliers, and their responsibility is more limited. In addition, this should affect stores with only at least 5,000 employees, and annual sales are at least 1.5 billion euros. It also makes lidl from the corner.

Chancellor Friedrich Merz does not believe in all guidelines and laws. And after the German legislation, the European supply chain also wants to be completed. The future of monitoring the supply chain is at least as chaotion as beef on Tiktok.
