Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada is debating the decriminalization of the pornography industry. This was stated by People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak in the Ukraine Today program on channel 2 + 2.
“Our tax office receives millions in revenue from the Onlyfans service… Therefore, when we say that this is prohibited and at the same time ask to pay taxes for it, this is called “schizophrenia.” – said the deputy quoted by UNIAN.
Zheleznyak criticized Article 302 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (creation or maintenance of places of debauchery and pimping), calling it “rather idiotic” due to its broad interpretation.
