A taxi driver who insulted a female passenger was arrested in Baku.
According to Gaynarinfo, Article 510 of the Code of Administrative Offences was drafted against BN, born in Agsu in 1994, who was engaged in taxi activities.
The reason for this was that he swore at the passenger. Thus, passenger ZB ordered a taxi. BN asked him to cancel the order because ZB had explained the route wrong. The victim did not comply.
When BN found out where the passenger was, ZB said he would not go with him. At that point, the driver became angry and cursed at the customer.
Following the passenger’s complaint, the taxi driver was arrested and imprisoned for 5 days.
