Pamphasan – The state civilian apparatus (ASN) in Sampang -Rigenesi, Eastern Java, with the initials of AR was accused of multilayer articles after pursuing the courier of the expedition during delivery of the package with cash in the delivery system (COD).
The police chief Pamekasan AKBP Hendra Eco Triulianto said that the actions of criminals were considered that they correspond to an element of violence to cause injuries.
“The use of layered articles, because the actions of criminals contain violence and cause victims of injury,” Hendra said at a press conference on Thursday (3/7/2025).
The victim is known as Irvan Syskyanto (27 years old), a resident of Grapnah Hamlet, Dasok Village, Paramva district, Pamekasan. While criminals are owners of grocery stores on the Ladena, Pamekasan and ASN highway as a teacher of the kindergarten of Dharmma Vanita, Ombene district, Sampang Ridsency.
The police recorded AR Article 365 Clause 1 of the Criminal Code regarding theft with violence, Article 351 paragraph 1 of the persecution and Article 335 paragraph 1 1 on unpleasant actions.
“The threat of a maximum period of 9 years in prison,” Handra said.
