Ten new “solets” from the Repsol Cordoba Guide: find out what they are

Repsol guide presented this Monday a new list of more than 300 new “Soletes with Solera” distributed throughout Spain, 52 of them in Andalusia and a dozen (20% of all Andalusians) in the province of Cordoba.

These are the taverns and bars El Abuelo Sociedad de Plateros, La Sacristía, Coto, Taberna Rafaé, Regina (Córdoba); restaurants like Berenguela 16, Misa de 12 (both in the capital) and Gastronomic gafiq (in Belalcázar) as well as the La Tradición and El Brillante cafés in the capital Córdoba.

In this tenth edition, the Soletes honor the tradition and they justify both the classic companies that have stood the test of time and the impulse of younger people who have decided to opt for the authentic.

In its tenth edition, the Repsol Guide distinction exceeds 4,400 badges in its vocation to reach the entire Spanish geography, including 670 Andalusian ones, as explained by the guide itself.

Los Soletes con Solera are presented this Monday, November 11 in Cordoba, “where the mixture of cultures is the symbol of an ancient tradition which has evolved while respecting its roots.”

Soletes are the youngest classification of Repsol guide born in 2021 and intended for charming corners that stand out for their proximity, for their appetizing offer and their good atmosphere. Taverns, taverns, market bars, bars, beach bars, cafes and gastronomic establishments in which their main objective is to be true to their style.
