Terrorist missile attack in Galilee: IDF video and details

Today, Hezbollah terrorists launched a missile attack against the northern regions of Israel, bombing the Western and Upper Galilee.

According to an IDF spokesperson, the alarm sounded at 14:33-14:34, after which some 30 rocket launches were recorded crossing the border from Lebanon.

Some of the rockets fired were successfully intercepted by the IDF air defense forces, but some fell in the area.

Let us remember that the IDF eliminated Hezbollah’s regional commander and his replacement within 24 hours.

According to the IDF, Hezbollah commander Ahmad Jafar Matouk, who was in charge of the border village of Bint Jbeil, was killed in an airstrike on Friday by fighter jets.

A day later, the military said another airstrike killed Matouk’s replacement, as well as the commander of Hezbollah’s artillery forces in the region.

Earlier, Kursor reported that Hezbollah was facing a new problem.

The situation within the Hezbollah terrorists in the context of active hostilities on the southern front with the IDF is becoming increasingly tense.

In recent days, cases of desertion of militants have been recorded, especially in units in southern Lebanon. This was reported by the independent Arab newspaper Elaph.

According to informed sources, the phenomenon, which affects both individual combatants and small groups, indicates significant stress and strain caused by prolonged fighting and casualties.

It is clarified that some Hezbollah fighters are accepting orders to return to their positions, while others are even leaving for southern Lebanon with their families or moving to safer territories.

Hezbollah units, including Ravan’s elite forces, have actively participated in brutal battles and ambushes against the Israeli army, resulting in casualties among them. However, the Israeli response is also harming Hezbollah, exacerbating the problem of personnel shortages.

Coordination and communication problems between units and their combatants contribute to this phenomenon, especially among irregular and newly mobilized forces, which can reduce the group’s combat capabilities.
