This morning, the Association of Industrialists of Mallorca organized the second day of ASIMA INNOVA business meetingstitled Innovation, technology and talent for SMEs in the Balearic Islands.
A day which took place at the Former ASIMA Fire Station, in which around a hundred people participated. The director of ASIMA, Tony Monjotook charge of leading the event, beginning his speech with a message of support to all those affected by DANA and inform the aid campaign that since ASIMA Basic products, materials and food are collected in the old fire station itself, to be sent to Valencia, ASIMA said in a statement.
The president of ASIMA, Francisco Martorell, In his speech, he reiterated the message of support and solidarity and thanked all those who contributed and collaborated with ASIMA. Regarding today’s conference, he highlighted that these conferences are called ASIMA INNOVA Business Meetings because “in the association we are committed to innovation and commercial relations between professionals and entrepreneurs to create and develop business opportunities, share information…”
From ASIMA, he declared, “we want to continue to move forward, to innovate and, above all, to build the future of continue to offer services to our associates, adapting to their needs“. During the second round table, entitled Technologies within reach of SMEs to optimize management and moderated by Husband Carmen MonterrubioCEO of My Uniform, participated Xavi MarsRefinery CEO; Martinez GorrizDirector of Marketing and Sales at Angel24; Antonio Viaderpartner at Auren Consultores, and Carlos Lopezfounding partner of Value Group and CEO of Invision Corporate Finance.
Afterwards, Juan Ferrerexpert in Change Management, made the presentation entitled New times, new challenges, new leaderships. Focused on the message of what it means to lead if everyone thinks differently. “We confuse what a leader is. Leading is about driving change, and how one day you motivate, another day you pressure, another day you listen. We confuse what and how, all styles must be geared towards change.
The event was closed by Catalina CabrerRegional Secretary of Labor, Employment and Social Dialogue of the Balearic Government. In his speech he spoke of the importance of generating a good environment and good leadership, all always surrounded by training.
