Employees of the Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency (AQTA) carried out an unscheduled inspection at the lemonade production plant operating in Ganja.
Oku.Az reports that AQTA has published information about this.
It was reported that during the inspection it was found that the requirements of technical normative legal acts on food safety were violated at the production company.
Thus, it was determined that the storage area was not organized in the company, there were no accompanying documents for glass bottles, a special area was not allocated for products returned to the company, the washing area was not repaired, the ventilation system was not installed and other defects were determined.
In this regard, an administrative protocol was drawn up for the entrepreneur and mandatory instructions were issued to eliminate violations and adapt the company to the requirements of technical normative legal acts on food safety.
