Employees of the Food Safety Agency carried out a planned inspection at the wedding house “Boladi” of the individual Huseynov Azer Kahraman oglu, who operates in the village of Boladi, Lankaran region.

It was reported that during the inspection it was found that the requirements of normative legal acts and sanitary-hygienic norms and rules in the field of food safety were violated. Thus, it was determined that the design of the kitchen in the wedding house does not meet the regulatory technical requirements, the conditions for maintaining products at the proper temperature are not provided, a ventilation system is not installed, the staff is not medically examined , special clothing and protective equipment are not provided, hygiene training is not carried out, and other defects have been determined.
In accordance with the requirements of the legislation in this regard, appropriate measures were taken and an administrative protocol was drawn up regarding the businessman and the activity of the bridal house was restricted.
