Marian Lacosta was not very happy with the summer because of the weather: “It’s been a strange summer. There have been a lot of ups and downs with the very hot days, which hit hard, and the cool days which appeared suddenly. For the swimming pools, the weather was good.”

“Despite everything, what we worked on was very enjoyable. People behaved very well. We have good customers and the people in town are pretty nice. The terrace is very large for the summer and now we are looking to see if it can be covered or closed a little for the weekend,” explains Marian.

About the pincho pot they organize Thursday with normal skewers and Friday with pizzas from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.says: “It’s not that there are many bars in Ansoáin that put these skewers. We want to give a little life to the bar now that autumn is coming. We have to manage to move forward.”

“A lot of people come who went to the Las Cazuelas bar when Iñaki Camino was there. The skewer costs one euro and we make sure it is delicious and imaginative so that it impresses the eye. and done with grace. We produce about 120 of them and they are so good,” says Marian Lacosta.

On Friday, there is a new session of pot of pincho but with pizzas “for young people who come to the bar a lot. Since they come to drink a few beers, for one euro more they have a piece of hot pizza that they want to eat at that moment.”

He even highlights a detail that he liked: “Young people aged 15 or 16 who still don’t know how to drink were sitting at the bar waiting until the pizzas came out. to buy them and eat them in the street. It was funny,” concludes Marian Lacosta.
