The Imishli team, which plays in the I League, will play its next home match at the Imishli city stadium named after Heydar Aliyev.
This was reported to “Report” by Elgiz Abbasov, technical and sports director of the professional football league (PFL).
He said that the PFL carried out a thorough review of that area:
“The grass in the stadium has been brought into good condition for playing football. We thank the club “Imishli” for this. Only the grass is not enough for playing football. The halls here also need to be improved. Relevant works are being carried out according to previous records. The process is still underway. These works are expected to be completed in 2 or 3 days.
The PFL official emphasized that they are aware of the process.
“We do not believe that a global problem will arise. Because the work is ongoing and these problems will take a few days to disappear. But in any case, the PFL will take it into account. If something global does not arise, Imishli’s next game will be at home. More information on this will be provided.”
It should be noted that on the VIII round of the I league, Imishli will host Garadagh Lokbatan. The match will be played on November 27, 28 or 29.
