On November 12, 2024, at the COP29 conference, “Baku Stock Exchange” JSC and “AZCHEMCO” LLC signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on financing through capital markets, including the issuance of green bonds.
Oku.Az informs that the purpose of signing the document is to ensure relations of cooperation and partnership between the parties in areas of mutual interest.
The memorandum provides for the sustainable development of the company through the capital markets and the support of the Baku Stock Exchange in this regard.
