The Bar Association, which exercises the popular accusation in the trial against the Attorney General of the State, requests the appearance as an investigator of Pilar Sánchez Acera, former chief of staff of Óscar López when the minister was part of the presidential cabinet, as LaSexta was able to confirm.
In a letter to which Europa Press had access, ICAM asks Judge Ángel Hurtado to summon Sánchez Acera to declare that he is the subject of an investigation, considering that it is a procedure “useful, necessary, relevant.”
“The reason for this is that, based on the statements made by witness Lobato, the need to obtain a statement from anyone was a contact in communications via WhatsApp”, from which it appears that Sánchez Acera was the “source” of the “nuclear document under investigation”.
