The Barco do Nadal, decorated with 70,000 LED lights, It is already sailing the seas of the Vigo estuary and will do so from tomorrow until Three Kings Day.. New this year will be the possibility of enjoying dinners on board the Mar de Ons ship.
It is one of the initiatives born thanks to the tourist impulse that Christmas in Vigo represents and which benefits the economic sector of the city. The proposal was inaugurated in 2021 and, since then, In total, 11,000 people have already taken advantage of it and 3,000 others have already booked for this season.
The emblematic Mar Vigo hosted the inauguration celebration, which was attended, as could not be otherwise, by the local alderman, Abel Caballero, who highlighted the work of these businessmen who help make Christmas a more than special period in the city thanks to all the services they offer. The councilor also joked about the possibility of extending this Christmas period from August until carnival.

The Barco do Nadal in Vigo will offer a 1.5-hour nighttime maritime tour. During the trip, passengers will be able to enjoy lights, trees, garlands and music, but also the company of Santa Claus, the Royal Page and the Grinch.
Dinner on board will be offered on Saturdays in December departing at 10:30 p.m. In the same way, Reservations will be available from tomorrow, Saturday November 23, until January 6.
There will be daily departures from the A Laxe quay -next to the Cíes market-. The general price will be 20 euros for adults -18 euros in November-, 12 euros for children from 3 to 12 years oldwhile children under 3 years old will travel for free.
