Brazilian “YouTube” blogger “Tag” presented an exclusive overview of the internals of “PlayStation 5 Pro” (PS5 Pro) ahead of the official launch of the console.

It detailed the key features of the Sony console, including simplified access to the CMOS battery and official specifications.
“PS5 Pro” is equipped with an 8-core “Zen 5” graphics processor based on RDNA architecture with a productivity of 16.7 teraflops. In addition, the console has 30 workgroup processors and 60 computing units based on “RDNA 3”.
The new console also provides easier access to the CMOS battery, simplifying the system reboot process in case of serious problems.
The clock frequency of the graphics processor inside the “PS5 Pro” is 2.17 GHz. Additionally, the 16 GB of GDDR6 RAM is complemented by 2 GB of system-specific DDR5 RAM.
Sony officially announced the PlayStation 5 Pro on September 10, 2024, following industry rumors since March 2024. The console will launch on November 7.
