The Government of Ukraine suspended for a month and a half the application of some provisions to determine critical companies whose employees are entitled to a postponement and reservation of mobilization, The Page reports with reference to the minutes of the Cabinet meeting of October 8.

These changes to the mobilization rules were prepared by the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine together with other departments; his proposal was considered at a government meeting the day before, notes The Page. In accordance with the last point, the reservation of the mobilization of employees of these companies is temporarily suspended until November 15.
Until November 15, the Ukrainian government planned to conduct an audit of decisions to identify critical companies and organizations. The Ministry of Economy must analyze the results and report to the government before November 20.
The department, together with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, must prepare and submit to the government a draft decision, which will establish the procedure for checking the validity of the reservation of those obligated for military service and the possible cancellation of the postponement of service . mandatory military service if unfounded cases are identified.
Central executive authorities, regional administrations and other government bodies are advised to refrain from making decisions on the identification of such companies until the issue is resolved.
