The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) fined an official of OJSC “Bank of Baku” 1,500 manats.
Oku.Az reports that the Central Bank of Azerbaijan has published information on this matter.
According to the information, within the framework of the current control processes carried out by the institution, it was found that the requirements of article 35.4 of the Law “On Banks” and section 3.3 of the “Rule for Providing Information on Borrowers of Credit Institutions to the Central Credit Registry” were violated.
Therefore, in accordance with Article 440.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences, measures were taken against the bank employee.
