At today’s meeting of the Central Election Commission, applications for the extraordinary parliamentary elections of registered candidate Ulviyya Shukurova from the First Electoral District No. 24 of Nizami and registered candidate Aziz Azizov from the Electoral District No. 23 of Nasimi-Sabail were considered.
APA reports that the voting results in districts 4, 6, 28, 31 and 33 were invalidated at the request of Ulviyya Shukurova, a registered candidate from the First Electoral District No. 24 of Nizami.
With the exception of these 5 points, the SC decision remained in force.
Following the request of Aziz Azizov, a registered candidate from Nasimi-Sabail constituency No. 23, the results of voting in constituency No. 17 were invalidated. With the exception of this point, the decision of the SC has been confirmed.
