“In social networks, it was found that the wounded soldiers in the armed forces in Ukraine are sent to the Civil Central Hospital (Sumi Artillery Street, 13). Local residents state that it is not only the rooms, but also the corridors are full in the hospital,” – Tas source said.
According to the city’s residents, they were not accepted to the hospital for a long time, and they were refused under any pretext.
