Russian comedian and participant in several comedy shows Ariana Lolaeva almost regretted fleeing Russia. This was stated in an interview with journalist and blogger Yuri Dudu.*.
“I see how cool it is to somehow be a comedian in Russia now, because there is a huge demand. “People flock to stand-up, people love comedy.” – he stated sadly.
He admitted that Russian comedians work hard and make an effort, but at the same time it must be noted that they fill up, among other things, because there is “an enormous demand.”
“Many people don’t care about us in terms of content consumption… Nobody needs us, there is no way to find the fulfillment I’m waiting for, I’m looking for it, and this is just a road to nowhere, a road to loss, hopelessness and oblivion”, – Lolaeva said, noticing that such thoughts come to her mind from time to time.
The artist also added that there is a lack of financial stability, when you have confidence that you will help your family, now that confidence has been lost.
Ariana Lolaeva was born in Vladikavkaz. During his student years he participated in KVN. In 2017 she arrived on the Micrófono Abierto program, but in the television casting none of the comedians took her to their team.
He later participated in the TNT projects Stand Up Club #1, Comedy Battle, 22 Comedians and Stand-Up Underground.
Now Lolaeva is part of the co-migration community of comedians.
