The Andalusian government has already filed a complaint in court 455 million money stolen from Andalusians by ERE frauda figure which will increase because there are more than a hundred cases awaiting judgment and because the Andalusian government assures that it will demand “until the last euro”.
This is what the advisor to the Presidency, Interior, Social Dialogue and Administrative Simplification declared this Thursday, Antonio Sanz, in the Andalusian Parliament during his appearance before the legal proceedings commission to claim fraudulent money, at the request of the PP-A and Vox groups.
As Sanz explains, only 455 million have been claimed so far in the various open procedures “but “There’s a lot left.” At the same time, he asked the PSOE-A whether or not it wanted to recover the money “stolen” from the Andalusian unemployed.
During the debate, accusations were exchanged between the different groups regarding corruption cases which affected one or the other.
In his speech, Sanz explained that, regarding the documents in which the Council exercises the accusation, civil liability has already been claimed for 287.79 million euros, and currently they have been issued. penalties which amount to practically 20 million euros.
Likewise, in addition to actions in the administrative and penal field, the Council has formulated requests for accounting responsibility which are quantified as follows: 53.19 million euros in actions linked to socio-work assistance; 51.85 million euros in aid to businesses, and 64.36 million euros in excess commissions.
On the other hand, the advisor indicated that the Court of Auditors is the means of appeal, with regard to the sums paid and the claim, in this case, of the amount of the 700 million euros “in civil liability” that we claimed.
“We will continue to exhaust all avenues”
In short, according to the advisor, “despite the complexity of the plot, the objective of the Junta de Andalucía is, at all times, to recover all the defrauded funds, so we will continue by exhausting all possible avenues provided by the legal system.
He indicated that there are penalties which “recognize the return of this money, but which they are not firm and therefore, at this time, it would be bold to quantify exactly how much is going to be recovered.
Antonio Sanz also stated that the Council has reserved, in any case, the “totality of the defrauded money that, from the point of view of civil liability, it maintains in all procedures.” We have already demanded it in the Court of Auditors and, in the case of the specific procedure, our intention is to remain within the civil liability reserve for the entire amount,” he said.
The PSOE defends itself by attacking
For his part, the PSOE-A deputy Mario Jiménez indicated that the Council continues to speak of the ERE as “lying, falsifying reality and telling half-truths”, as if there had not been the judgments of the Supreme Court or the Constitutional Court, which partially annulled the disqualifications and prison sentences imposed in the case of the ERE on ten former high-ranking officials of the Junta de Andalucía during the socialist government, among them the former presidents Manuel Chaves and José Antonio Griñán.
And he defended himself by attacking by assuring that it is the Council which must now give “explanations” on the “looting” of public health funds through contracts. “false and emergency” of the SAS cwith private companies in the health sector and which is already the subject of a judicial investigation. “They are hiding from Parliament the embezzlement that may have occurred,” Jiménez said.
Vox MP Benito Morillo said that This is not an “easy” task. recover the money that was “looted” in the case of the ERE. He criticized the Board of Directors for promoting a law of institutional participation that “benefits” the unions that “took money from Andalusians” and pointed out that the current Andalusian government has already given “twelve million euros” to the UGT and the UGT. CCOO.
The representative of Por Andalucía José Antonio Delgado said that the PSOE-A responded to justice for the ERE case and also responded to citizens, since today it is in opposition in Andalusia. He added that he thought it was good to talk about the ERE case and the need to recover the defrauded money, but it was also necessary to talk about the many “cases of corruption” which affected the PP.
PP-A deputy Daniel Castilla said the ERE case was a “Unprecedented fraud” in the history of Spain and we must take it “seriously”, because we are talking about “700 million” frauds.
