The Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard arrested Victor de Aldamaappeal commissioner Koldo affairas part of a major operation against a network of hydrocarbon companies which had committed fraud against the public treasury worth 182 million euros.
The operation is coordinated by the Central Investigation Court number 5 of the National Court, headed by Judge Santiago Pedraz. For the moment, this remains secret.
