“We demand that the Armenian government and known revanchist circles abandon this dangerous path.”
Oku.Az reports that this is stated in the declaration of the West Azerbaijan Community.
It was reported that at the behest of some foreign forces, revanchist forces in Armenia and the Armenian diaspora intensified their campaign to ensure that the “Nagorno-Karabakh issue” was supposedly unresolved and still remained open.
The statement said that this approach, as well as the Armenian side’s inaction against those elements that threaten Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity, its rapid arming and refusal to remove territorial claims against Azerbaijan from its constitution are a cause for serious concern.
“In this regard, we would like to firmly remind that those who think that the “Nagorno-Karabakh issue” has not yet been resolved are fundamentally mistaken. Azerbaijan has once and for all restored its territorial integrity and sovereignty, which are eternal and irreversible. The question of the return to West Azerbaijan remains open. The West Azerbaijani community will continue its efforts in this regard,” the statement said.
