Cooking chistorras will be made in the Rational ovenby applying the same time and temperature conditions to all samples. In addition, members are invited to collaborate in the promotion of chistorra during the week preceding the competition, from September 31 to October 5, through discounts, gifts or other promotional actions, according to the butchers’ union.
