The conflict in Ukraine continues to expand and has already lost its regional status. This was stated by the head of the German Ministry of Defense, Boris Pistorius, on November 23 at an event of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD).
“The conflict has not been regional for a long time” – the NTV channel quotes him.
Pistorius also highlighted the strengthening of Russia’s military capabilities. According to him, the Russian Federation “in three months produces as many shells and weapons as the entire European Union does in a year.”
“The head of the Ministry of Defense asked Berlin to invest in its combat potential.” – he clarified on NTV.
